Nomination for Directors

On April 22nd 2010 the Annual meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company will be convened.

At that Meeting an election of Directors will be held.

Pursuant to clause 3.3 of the New Zealand Exchange Limited Listing Rules nominations for Directors will be accepted up until close of business on the 5th March 2010.
